Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service - would not respond to messages until threatened them with opening a dispute case on Paypal.
Use the returns service they recommend and insist you use - only to be told I did it wrong (which the post office says I did not).
Keep getting told the item has not arrived which was posted back to them on 23 December 2019!! I smell a lie.
I lodged a complaint and the same person contacted me with the same response.
Will never ever order from 5pointz again and Ive now lost over hundred pounds!

This company is appalling. I bought a product from them Xmas 2019. The item was of terrible quality and cost me a small fortune so I emailed them about how dissatisfied I was and how I could go about getting a refund. They told me to package it up and send it back and as soon as they received it they would refund my money ($120AU). I then had to pay another $35 for shipping costs back to the UK. I had a tracking number and were getting occasional updates but then after about 6 weeks things went quiet. I went to the P. O. with my tracking number to check on it's progress and what I discovered boiled my blood. I was told that the item had cleared customs in the UK and had been turned over to a store house and the company had been contacted to come and pick up the item. But they didn't. It sat there for 2 weeks and when the store realized the item wasn't going to be picked up it was classified as an unwanted item, given a different tracking number and returned back to me! Turns out the company has to pay customs charges when they go to pick up the returned item. Except the company didn't want to pay the charges so they just refused to pick it up. So it was finally determined to be an unwanted item and was returned to sender. This company KNEW right from the beginning that they had no intention of ever picking up the returned item but they let me go ahead and waste another $35 in postage to send it back to them anyway. On top of the $120 I had already given them. They already had my money so why should they care? This is something they probably do all the time with returned items. So if it happened to me it can happen to you. This behaviour from a so called reputable company is unconscionable. It's absolutely disgusting. This company CANNOT be trusted to do the right thing by their customers. DO NOT get sucked in like I did. I now have to contact paypal to try to get a refund through them. If I can't get a refund through them I'm out $155 in total with nothing to show for it. One of the worst experiences purchasing online I've ever had. You've been warned!

Sold a pair of Nike Max 90 NRG's, definitely ex display could tell as soon as I opened. Purchased the exact same shoe from Nike and it was a complete contrast. Good offers but wont we using 5pointz again.

Found online yesterday was hesitant at first because of the cheap prices of the product I wanted, but after reassurance I ordered and had 5 star service from the off ! Will definitely be shopping here again!!

Hey, never purchased anything from you before & just want to say what an absolute pleasure it’s been. Found you via Google shopping searching for snake swoosh AF1’s ... (my BF loved them so much he got himself a pair at the same time!!) Was a little dubious as I hadn’t shopped on your site but I was soon reassured! The usability on your site was dead easy & the whole delivery experience with DPD has been a breeze, including their track to your door service which pretty much gives you an exact time of delivery! Absolutely made up, will continue to shop with you in future & come visit the store next time I’m back home in Bristol! Well done ???

Avoid at all costs - Worst customer service experience ever
Ordered a pair of £115 Nike shoes with these guys, did not receive my next day delivery I paid for but that was not the problem. The big issue I had was the quality of the shoe, after only my second EVER wear, the lip at the front of the shoe on both feet had peeled away. An obvious malfunction/quality error, so I sent pictures to 5Pointz and they were in agreement that there was something wrong with the shoes and offered me a full exchange or 20% discount, I of course opted for the full exchange (hoping the next pair would be of better quality) and sent them back. But to my surprise, I received an email a few days later claiming that part of the shoe was missing and had been purposefully removed and that the same pair of trainers would be sent back to me.
Obviously in complete shock, I called the company immediately and spoke to the online services manager. From the get go his arrogance was simply frightening, not even letting me explain before bombarding me with the details on his inspection of the shoes. He continued to claim outlandish scenarios such as someone else has clearly 'ran over the trainer with a car because theres tyre marks' or that someone has 'dragged the shoe along the floor' even after me ensuring him I am the only one to have worn them and that they started to fall apart after the second wear. He then continued to offer to throw them away if I did not want them back but he cannot offer a refund or even the exchange that he initially offered.
Have never experienced service like this, completely rude, arrogant staff that do not believe a word you say but just talk over you saying what they believed happened. I will be taking legal action to solve this matter but just hope people read this review before someone else gets scammed and wrongly accused of something they did not do.
Not the one to write bad reviews but this one was completely necessary. Avoid using these guys at all costs!!!

Quick turnaround
Quick turnaround, good price, good service (refunded delivery fee because shoes arrived a day late after a card security check). Would buy from these guys again.
